Shipping & Returns
All prices are listed in USD by default. Canadians will be prompted to switch to CAD, if desired, or can switch manually by clicking here. We accept payment through Paypal, and Shopify Payments which accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All items shipping to Canadian destinations are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax or HST where applicable.
Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. The time I need to prepare made-to-order items for shipping varies. For details, see individual item listings.
Canada: Enamel pins (up to 8) are shipped via Canada Post letter mail and do not include tracking, all other items are shipped via Canada Post with tracking.
US: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and most include tracking. Orders weighing less than 1 oz. do not include tracking.
Rest of the world: Orders are shipped via Canada Post, Asendia Priority Tracked, or Chit Chats International Tracked depending on order weight/volume.
EU and UK: Due to the recent changes regarding VAT requirements, I am not able to ship to the EU and the UK at the moment. If you'd like to buy pins, stationery, etc. please use my Etsy shop.
Made-to-order items: Some made-to-order items, such as apparel, bags and mugs are printed and shipped directly from my printing partners in the United States or Canada.

Canada: 4-10 business days
United States: 3-7 business days
Europe: 2-4 weeks
South America and Africa: 2-6 Weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-4 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal services and the time it takes to clear customs.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancellations may be requested within 2 hours of purchase, unless the order has already been dispatched. Please e-mail email@example.com if you need to request a cancellation.
If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for a refund.
Original shipping costs and return service fees are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email that your returned item has been received and whether it is eligible for a full or partial refund. If eligible, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Items can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged and can only be exchanged for the same item. If you require an exchange, send me an email at email@example.com. One of a kind items cannot be exchanged.
Conditions of returns and exchanges
Buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Because of the unique nature of custom, made-to-order, and personalised orders, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to guarantee that your returned item is received.
